Ruling Unlimited and Modified?

What does Unlimeted and Modified mean?????

Abs: Try and have a topic title so people know what question you want to ask instead of just question marks.

unlimited is a format of playing cards where u can use any card u want and modified is a format where u can use the sets deoxys, emerald, unseen forces, delta species, legend maker, holon phantoms and crystal guardians.

BTW this should be in the tcg questions forum

In unlimited, however, you can't use ancient mew or happy birthday pikachu...there might be another 1-2, but otherwise, you can play any card in unlimited. Modified is Dx-on with pop2, 3, and 4, and black star promos 29 and up (might be off here).

I heard that when Nintendo took over, the ban on ______'s Pikachu and Ancient Mew was lifted.
