• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

Probably the strangest idea ever, I know, and very quirky at that. Here's how it works.

All-Out Blast completely burns out the deck. Once the deck is all gone, switch to Rhyperior LV.X and use Upthrow, returning the {F} energy to the deck.

Downsides are that you need at least 7 energy in play, plus a lot of Fighting Energy in the deck to make this work. (DRE could be used for the Gyara's cost because this is Unlimited... Edit: Decmaster pointed out that it can't.) Plus, you need to keep switching them out, every turn, so that definitely won't be easy.
The upshot is that it can basically OHKO anything if there are enough energy.

So would this even remotely be worth playing?
 
Actually, Double Rainbow Energy couldn't be used for Gyarados *, because it only attaches to evolved Pokemon. Which Gyarados * isn't.

And, I've also heard of this combo with Infernape Lv.X, but, to be honest, I think this works better.

However, there are a few problems. If you're retreat locked, or forced to draw a card, it's all over. You've only got one chance to hit with Rhyperior. Otherwise, great deck idea.
 
i saw that gyrados and i was like....WHAAAT. ive never seen that. it is a crazy idea but it could work but again it would take a while to set up.
 
hmmm run 30 energies then gyrados to get all those energies in the discard and then do delcatty to do exactly how much you need to OHKO...it would work pretty well.
 
back before judges...when this deck would lose at just the sight of that card lol.
 
You could just run the Gyarados* with Delcatty ex, it would be a lot faster to get out. *shrug*
