Ruling Unlimited Format

Yes (with few exceptions like Birthday Pikachu and Anchient Mew) and depends on the organizer. No one here knows what anyone is willing to give as prizes. Some give nothing.

And just to let you know, unlimited tournaments are really rare and hated just because they are unlimited. The whole unlimited system is so faulty that who ever has the deck specifically built for it, wins automatically if he/she gets to use trainers first. Others have no chance.
 
Not often. CC, SC, Nats and BRs are all Modified. But sometimes, a league gives a small tourney for a close group. That is quite often Unlimited. Don't expect any big prizes...I once got an inflatable Pokebeachball (lol) and a POP5 pack, and that was about the best you could get xP
 
ya, I was thinking about playing one just to get a feel for it....even though im not really a big fan of unlimited...but I guess I wont it doesnt sound to good
