Two questions regarding this card.

1) WRT the power, only 1 Unown E can be attached to a Pokemon at any time (I had someone claim that since the "tool rule -- i.e. attach <tool> to one of your Pokemon which does not already have a tool card attached to it" was not stated on the card, that one could attach up to 4 Unown E's on the same card.

2) WRT the attack, the coin flipping is in effect only during my opponents turn, not between turns so flips between turns for checking whether a Pokemon is asleep are not affected by this Hidden Power.

Thx

1. As form of the tool rule, you may only attach one Unown. As long as this is a tool on the pokemon, you may not attach any other tools to that pokemon. You may not have 4 on the same card. The Unown specifies itself that it is a tool and that the tool rule still applies regardless of whether that text is there or not.

As for the second one, I am not certain on that ruling. I would say that his coin flip would count for his turn, even though it is a transition between turns. I would assume the effect is on him once that attack resolves and then it goes away when it is transitioning to your turn. The chance of something like that happening however is really slim.

NF, thanks for the input.

On a redirect on question 2, its not that uncommon with a card like Venomoth in play for this to be an important clarification.

You knock out my Venomoth so you're asleep and poisioned. I move up "E". You flip tails between turns so you are still asleep. Now I use Hidden Power and if what you are saying is true, then I can hold you asleep indefinetly.

I'll consider question 2 open for further input.

Unown E says to treat all coins as tails during your opponent's next turn. Between turns is not during your opponent's next turn, so sleep checks are not affected by it.
