Ruling Unown E

Question about Unown E's attack...it says to treat the opposing player's roll as tails during their turn. I assume this does NOT apply to in between turns, like rolling for waking up from asleep or for burn counters? Please confirm...thanks!

Considering it says "During your opponets next turn." I would think that it does not apply to their burn or sleep checks. It says DURING your opponets turn, and in between turns is not during any turn at all. I'm not 100% sure on this... but I'm still about 98% sure about it. I don't see why it would apply to in between turns when it says during their turn.

Burn/Sleep checks don't occur during your opponent's next turn -- or anyone's turn, for that matter. Unown E has no effect on them.
