This deck while ability reliant, has a lot of things going for it and it doesn't even need supporters to keep on cycling through cards. On top of cheap, two shot attackers, efficient and crippling spread damage, ridiculous ways to get cards you need at all times (unless ability lock), AND being able to play entirely different against certain match-ups and wall people out, this deck has amazing late-game performance. Being N-ed to a small hand isn't a problem, and once they run out of guzmas, hoopa can wall off and stall out almost every deck in the format. But this deck also has some bad match-ups don't get me wrong, such as any deck that shuts down abilities like garbodor variants and greninja. But good thing we dunk on greninja with weakness. Anyways, enough gooning around, heres the list-

21 pokemon-
  • 3 Rowlet
  • 2 Dartrix
  • 3 Decidueye Gx
  • 3 Zorua
  • 3 Zoroark Gx
  • 2 Tapu Lele
  • 2 Koko promo
  • 1 Oranguru
  • 1 Hoopa
  • 1 Necrozma

15 Supporters-
  • 4 N
  • 3 Mallow
  • 3 Sycamore
  • 2 Guzma
  • 2 Bridgette
  • 1 Acerola

15 Items-
  • 4 Ultra ball
  • 3 Rare candy
  • 3 Float stone
  • 2 Field Blower
  • 2 Rescue Stretcher
  • 1 Choice band

9 Energy-
  • 2 Basic Grass energy
  • 3 Rainbow enegy
  • 4 DCE

Win Condition against lapras- Hoopa wall stall and decidueye slam dunks a lapras with razor leaf also necrozma helps

Win condition against Metagross- Necrozma drops loads, decidueye stacks more damage, and zoroark gets the KO usually

Win Condition against Greninja- Decidueye slam dunks a greninja and doesn’t give a frick

Win condition against gardevoir- you set up faster, and eventually knock out a big gardevoir with a lot of energy, bait them into trying to get a one shot on decidueye and then body slam them for a KO

Win condition against volcanion- Necrozma, koko and hoopa got your back bro

Decks you will get straight up dunked on by-

Golisopod will murk you, both the zoroark stand in and garbodor builds. Also garbodor variants cause garbotoxin

Overall, nice list. Suggestions on my part would be something along the lines of:

-1 Necrozma GX (Black Ray GX synergizes very well with Decidueye GX but space can become extremely tight in this deck, so this depends on what you want to do)
-1 Oranguru (I would replace this with a Tapu Lele GX, but that is just preference)
-1 Tapu Koko (This may seem crazy, but you will most likely only use one and you also have Hoopa, so two seems to me like a waste of space {just to fit Puzzle of Time})
-1 Mallow (Even though this card works with Zoroark GX, Sycamore for 7 and Trade to 9 will get you what you need to set up Decidueye GXs and other resources as well as thinning out your deck. You will probably use just one per game, but the second is there just in case.)
-1 N (I would replace this with a Sycamore just because drawing three valuable resources off a N will limit your choice of using Trade, as you have to discard a card from your hand)
-1 Acerola (If you're going to play Acerola, you would most likely play two and I think Acerola is just not worth the space at the moment)
-1 Rescue Stretcher (I'm thinking of adding in Puzzle of Time, but this is optional)
-1 Float Stone (If you are worried about Guzma {your's or your opponent's}, Tapu Koko can get the job done as well as the other two float stones)
-2 Grass Energy (You probably aren't going to use Hollow Hunt GX that often and without the Oranguru/Necrozma GX, you don't need to set those attacks up anymore)

+1 Rowlet (helps set up faster and gives better chance of a few being on the bench)
+1 Decidueye GX (same as Rowlet)
+1 Tapu Lele GX (mentioned above {if you wanted to fit in Puzzle of Time, remove this})
+1 Sycamore (mentioned above)
+1 Guzma (consistency as well as the discarding from Trade)
+4 Puzzle of Time (A great combo with Trade+Mallow or Sycamore+Trade and most likely drawing two Puzzles {optional})
+2 Choice Band (Damage output is important for the OHKO {Feather Arrows+Choice Band+Riotous Beating=KO})

I hope this helps! Good luck with Zoroark GX/Decidueye GX!

P.S. The Puzzle of Times are optional and could be replace by anything you consider useful. They have helped a lot when I need that crucial card from the discard pile, and you will most likely pull one of once per game.

Don't get me wrong, I think your list could totally work and I'll test it out, but the version I just posted was made after like 20 or so games with some of the most prevelant decks in the meta, and i gotta tell you my list was a lot different originally, I tried out 4 Decidueye, except always had too many pieces in my hand because bench space is so tight, and running 3 helped the deck go so much better. This deck isnt mainly a decidueye deck, nor is it mainly a zoroark deck, i just think they go really well when split up evenly

I actually honestly think that Mack's list is a different playstyle altogether from the one that I created.

Spread damage Zoroark GX is another viable way to play it, and this list offers the best spread damage and has defense with Hoopa.

I think this list is pretty good as is. I just see it as another playstyle. Especially when a deck has not been highly tested against the meta, it would be a bad idea to lock ourselves into thinking one decklist is the only way to play it.

I myself am highly considering doing -1 Rowlet -1 Decidueye -1 Rare candy for at least +1 Necrozma and some other cards. The strength and weakness of full on Decidueye GX is that the whole army succeeds or the whole army falls at the same time. If you're up against Garbodor decks, how will you get your damage off? Necrozma's GX attack can put everything in range when Feather Arrow can't.

I think you're right about different playstyles, but I think both are totally viable. If necrozma didnt exist I'd probably lean towards your build, and only go to hoopa when I absolutely had to.

Cool! When I had first read over the list, everything was very different and unique and I guess I didn't realize this as a different way to play the deck. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I guessing this is mainly focusing on those "3-4 prizes one turn" type of deck. Great that you got to test it out as well, I'd be interested to know how the matches went (if you can remember).

With what you said in mind (also realize I haven't played with this version yet and the suggestions are made just from an overall view), I'd consider adding a Special Charge, Choice Band, another Acerola, and taking out the Oranguru (I don't know else to take out without experience).

Thanks for explaining Duo, Mack Dabson, this new concept and I look forward to seeing this deck in action. Thanks and good luck!
