Ruling Ursaring SW's bad temper attack

The defending pokemon is now confused. During
your opponent's next turn,that pokemon's attacks
do 60 more damage to the active pokemon
(before applying weakness and resistance)

So my question is do you get 90 damage if you flip tails on confused ?
That is what someone recently insisted happens. Also another question
it just says active not defending pokemon so when you attack do you 60 to you and your opponent. last of all what about attacks like Furret's
keen eye do they know do damage?​

No. It's reduced to Damage counters, thus the only thing it does is make them kill you eaiser. >.> It also needs base damage to start from, so non-damaging attacks do not give extra damage.
