Ruling US Nationals Double-Sleeving Rules

This year I will be attending Nats and I wanted to know if you're allowed to double sleeve your deck. Thanks for any help.
 
Moved to rules since it's a rules question.
It is allowed, however final decision is up to the HJ, but since it is Nationals short answer is yes.
