Help Using a Pokemon ability that "attacks" is NOT considered an attack

Using a Pokemon ability that effectively "attacks" an opponent's Pokemon such as Intellion's Quick Shooting or Intellion VMAX's Double Gunner is not considered an attack, correct? So a Pokemon such as Arceus Prism Star, despite its First Law ability (Prevent all effects of your opponent’s attacks, except damage, done to this Pokémon) would not be immune to damage counters placed via abilities such as these?

Aside from disabling this ability via stadiums like Path to the Peak or Pokemon such as Galarian Weezing, are the any Pokemon that have the inherent protection via an ability akin to Stealthy Hood (Prevent all effects of your opponent’s Abilities done to the Pokémon this card is attached to)?

I don't know of any Pokemon with an Ability like that (I could be wrong), but there is a Special Energy that protects from Abilities, Fusion Strike Energy. However, it only works on Fusion Strike Pokemon.

Thank you. Searching for similar text as Stealthy Hood and Fusion Strike Energy, I see that Corviknight VMAX is immune to opponent's abilities as well as Enamorus V and Galarian Mr. Rime (but only if they have energy attached).
