How would I be able to use a Shaymin and/or Shaymin Lv. X, in an American tournemant since I can't get a print-off of what he does? Or is it just not legal to use him?
As of now, you cannot use Shaymin or it's LvX in tournaments. The modified format for the US is HP-on, and DP-on after Worlds. You will only be able to use it in a tournament once it is released in English. Once it IS released in English, you may use the Japanese copy but you must have the Card-Dex of it if in a tournament.
