So. I thought about bringing a Porygon with me to the next Regional. Because i saw that im super scared of everything that the current meta throws at me.
So the plan is that i switch that bad boy in. Get the Weakness changed and then hit twice as hard next round. That way my opponent has to react somehow. Either switching a possbily less "Energetic" Pokemon in or using a Trainer Card.
So what do you guys think? I know there is this one trainercard (Pokémon Ranger i think?) that can be a problem. But at the very least i force him to use one of those or a VS Seeker.

Also if you care for my whole deck, as in to see how i try to make it work, you can find this here. Also if you want to help me with that whole thing. Im still unsure about the trainer cards.

Thanks for your answers in advance.

Think carefully about this arrangement; even assuming it worked every time, you are trading an Energy attachment, attack, and slot in your deck to double the damage you do on your next turn. You're not actually hitting any harder in the long run, you're just shifting the damage from two turns to one and possibly getting Porygon OHKO'd in place of your attacker taking damage. It may also benefit you if your opponent has a deck that can deal with partial damage but not OHKO's.

There are multiple ways to disrupt this effect, but the only direct method of removing the effect your opponent has is Pokémon Ranger. "Conversion 3" only lasts until the end of your next turn, so to effectively negate it your opponent simply has to successfully delay your attack.
