Uxie + Expert belt

I was wondering if this is allowed, The Uxie with Psychic Restore does 20 damage and states that all cards attached go to the bottom of the deck. Now since it does an extra 20 damage isnt this a useful way for getting in a quick 40 damage while keeping the expert belt in deck still?

Yeah, that's allowed. I actually wrote an entire article on what you just described. :D

It gets better, seeing as your opponent won't draw two prize cards when they can't knock out a deck'd Uxie in the first place.

This is actually a discussion for a TCG strategy, not a rulings question.

THe whole concept is better with shuppet. Not only do you play expert belt, 4 PP, bucks, crobat G and maybe lucario G, shuppet rteturns to your hand rather than your deck, so you can do consistant damage every single turn.

Uxie LA + Uxie LA Lv. X + Expert Belt (20+ ATK & HP) + Underground Expedition + Snowpoint Temple (20+ HP) = Overpowered Doing 80 With Lv. X & Expert Belt & Snowpoint Temple adding 40 HP doing 40 Damage to return Uxie to your bottom deck and using Underground Expedition to get 2 Cards back :) and for fun Add Buck's Training or Power Plus Cards for more damage if you chose to do so!

But Uxie decks you out quicker, allowing more total damage, and Shuppet does not. Played correctly, Uxie actually returning to the bottom is a GOOD thing. Uxie can also use any type of Energy, and Shuppet is stuck with Psychic.

I am sorry, but I still fail to realize how Uxie going to the bottom of your deck is a GOOD thing. Plus, Shuppet does 10 more damage.

Great idea I think it is a good way to get rid of Uxie after you use the Set-Up Pokepower and yes its perfectly leagal it says Uxie and all cards attached to it and you attach pokemon tools to pokemon!

The thing about Shuppet is its destroyed by Lookers investigation.

sarcasm/ What is a Lookers/end]sarcasm

nobody ever plays Looker...even most gengar. Besides with the new hand you can probaly search it out anyway with a good deck.

Any sort of Uxieruption, Shuppet, puppet show, etc. deck is no longer a smart choice to play. It wasn't even that stable of a choice during DP-SV format. The reason being was because if anything can possibly survive the first turn slaughter then the deck will have problems. It was also bad because if your opponent went second then they had a much better chance of surviving/winning (T1 Rare Candy, Call Energy+Roseanne's Research, etc.).

Now with the release of Platinum: Arceus these types of super speed decks are dead. They went from somewhere around tier 2/1.5 to tier 3. This is because Spiritomb WILL be a popular Pokemon. Whether it becomes someone's starter Pokemon or a tech to use. So Shuppet/Uxie decks will NOT become popular again (if they ever were).

There was always a few at the BRs because they were BRs but people don't take them seriously.
