Uxie promo still not in NL

Does someone know why they aren't at the moment in The Netherlands?
Because the season is near over and we still don't have the promos.
 
Ask Lou or HaPé for details. If that doesn't clear up the lack of league promos, then I don't know what will.
 
i dont live anywhere near the netherlands but my league doesnt have them either. some of the other leagues have them around here but not the one i go to.
 
I live in Connecticut and have had my Uxie promos from the begining, but I talked to another League Leader from Mass and he didn't have his as the Prerelease tournaments. Not sure what happened with PUSA there.
 
I can answer this for you.

PS-Games SUPPOSEDLY should have gotten them earlier, but PUSA has been late sending them out. PS-Games failed afterwards, but they are expected to arrive mid-november here.

Quick Q: Which league do you attend?
