Am I able to use Potion, Switch, Energy Search that are old cards but are registered as 2014 Standard Legal Reprints that requires NO reference of the new reprint of the cards? It is stated there that I can use them in my deck, but am I able to use it in tournaments?

Thank you very much for the professors who will answer!

Switch and Energy Search are completely unchanged in function from their original versions, and therefore all prints of either card are legal. Potion did receive an errata (it now heals 30 instead of 20), but the effect is considered small enough that no reference is needed. Just remember to heal the extra 10 damage when you play it if you're not used to the new Potion!

Some cards however, have been changed significantly so that you would need a reference of the newest print in order to use it. As silly as it sounds to have a new card outside your deck while you have an old card in it, there's a reason for it. Let's say you have four Rainbow Energies from Team Rocket, but only one from XY. There was a major text change, so a reference is now needed. However, you don't need to buy three more XY Rainbow Energies since you can keep the XY one to the side of your deck while you play the four Rocket Ones.

For your convenience, here is a complete list of all cards that have been reprinted which are legal in Expanded play. Note that the original Computer Search and Master Ball cannot be used in sanctioned play. The short explanation for this is that since you can only have one in a deck and a reference would be needed anyway (both have signficant text changes), you may as well just use the current print.

Edit: Sniped! xD

Thank you so much, Mora and My Little Keldeo! :D Goodness! I am so happy to hear that!

Also, My Little Keldeo, thank you for the detailed reply! Now I can use my potions in my deck because they have been enhanced with 10 more HP of recovery! Thanks a whole lot!
