Starting this month, players who attend Japan’s Gym tournaments will receive a new promo pack containing one of seven promo cards. Four of them are brand new; the rest are reprints.

The chase card will be Veluza ex. In English we should get it inside a future “ex Box” or within a future set. It probably won’t release here for at least six months.

Yep, Glitterati is their trainer class. Also that card would be pointless in Tinkaton, since you're already doing 280 or 300 at the point you have 10 cards. Drawing 2 more puts you to 340 so any higher doesn't matter.

Hit and run Yanmega though...

Veluza (that's an actual Pokemon?) is actually not bad, 240 from a Basic is decent. You can power it immediately in Baxcalibur decks and the downside is negligible in the right circumstances.

Skwovet is good with him. You discard only 1 card and of course Bibarel to draw next turn
 
i had a micro stroke when saw the -30 to fighting in a water pokemon, i know that figthing type was hated by them(tpc) since base set but c'mon!. but it was just a typo XDDD

It does matter. Pokemon hit 310 and 330 like charizard and gardevoir. It's very important to hit thise numbers.
