okay point of the deck is too get my discarding pokemon out FAST (thats why all my trainers search) to disturb them wile there setting up. at the start of the game ill try to get out tentacruel or excadrill (perferably excadrill) krookodile is the backup attacker for once they get past tentacruel and excadrill. theyll probibly be down on hp alot....so krookodile has a hefty atack wile possibly discarding an energy.
 
It's just...bad. Sorry to say that.

Do you seriously think discarding enemy energy is going to work? Tell you what they will do: they will put a fodder in front, attach enough energy on their main attacker, then start blasting away replacing the energy you discard every turn. Besides, Yanmega doesn't use energy at all to attack.

The deck composition is terrible to. In Pokemon TCG you focus on 1-2 lines of attackers, that work together. You typically have lines of supporting Pokemon, such as Shaymin/Pachirisu for ZPST (Zekrom/Tornadus rush), Typhlosion for Reshiplosion (Reshiram), Magnezone in Megazone (Magnezone also acts as draw-card power). Your Pokemon do not do that. It looks like they are just a jumble of Pokemon put together which can discard an energy, which is insignificant.

The choice of Pokemon is subpar. None of your Pokemon do significant damage in any reasonable time: Excadrill requires 3 turns of energy attachment to do...80 damage. ZPST can do 120 in one turn. And it only has 110 HP which means it is easy to OHKO...guess what, another 3 turns of doing-nothing. Krookodile is a stage 2, which means you have to evolve it twice (you don't even run that thing called Rare Candy!) and then uses 3 energy again. If you would have trouble even powering up all 4 of your Excadrill why have the Krookodiles as well? Tentacruel does...yay 50 for 3 energy. Another 3 turns. 50 damage is not even a 2HKO on any main attacker. It doesn't even kill Mew...and then it gets 1 shot again. GG. You are having 9 Pokemon do the exact same thing, 3 energy attack.

The Pokemon/Trainer/Energy ration sucks as well. 22 Pokemon is normal, but your Pokemon do not pull their weight. 22 Energy is seriously unneeded. It is a good idea to have around 11 - 15 energy depending on the energy costs of your Pokemon, because that gives you a good chance of having Energy in your starting hand and not fail to do damage. More and you run into hands with 4 or 5 energy which do nothing to help you set up except sit there. Trainers: Let me give you a common list of trainers needed to run a deck:

3-4 Rare Candy (for stage 2 decks)
4 Pokemon Communication (finds specific Pokemon)
4 Pokemon Collector (finds 3 basic Pokemon so you can set up your Bench; you can also swap in the excess basics for Evolution cards with Communication)
6-7 Hand Refresh (Professor Oak's New Theory, Professor Juniper, Judge, Copycat)
1-2 Switch (Depends on whether you have things you need to retreat)
2-4 Pokemon Catcher (to grab your opp's bench sitters and kill or get them stuck)
2 Dual Ball (gets you basics without having to use a Supporter)
That puts you at around 26 Trainers, added to the 20-22 Pokemon and 12-14 energy, which is battle-proven to be the best distribution for most decks. (ZPST is an exception because it is designed for maximal turn-1 killing capacity)

If you cannot buy the cards, print out some proxies and use them first; there is no point gimping yourself. If you cannot afford them, don't play Pokemon TCG...it does require some initial cash to get you started.

Beginners would most likely find a Typhlosion/Reshiram deck easy to play and reasonably cheap. Search the Deck Garage for a good list.
