Discussion viability of PRIMAL KYOGRE EX

I myself am a Kyogre fan, but I have a big question regarding its viability in the TCG. Is it viable to run kyogre in the standard? or is it a bust for a legendary pokemon in competitve play of TCG. I will entertain any comments and suggestions for this topic thank you

Water doesn't have enough support to make it worthwhile, people played primal groudon because fighting has insanely good support at the moment.
