Discussion Viability of Round?

Hey guys, I was recently reviewing the cards from the new Breakpoint set, and being someone who enjoys odd decks, the new round Tympole caught my attention. I used to play round locally with a bit of success, and thought it was fun, but it just seemed too slow in a format with Darkrai, Yveltal, and Plasma. But now with cards like Brigette and even Fan Club in the format along with Sky Field, it could make a turn 1 set up much easier than it was in the previous meta. Even cards like Archie's could help get a turn 1 seismitoad rolling. I understand round will likely never be a top tier deck in any format, but I just wanted to see what more experienced players thought it had any viability at all. Thanks in advance for any input.

I don't know, the Round deck doesn't seem to be that strong in a even faster meta. Vespiquen and Night March can just deal more damage from T1 onward without having to hit an Archie. But I like the concept of round decks, in slower metas it could be a solid 5/7.
