Despite the fact that Reshiram is in the deck,the main hitter is actually Magmortar.The point of this deck is to deck your opponent.With Magmortar,you discard the top cards of their deck according to the amount of fire energies attached to it.However,you then have to flip a coin.If tails,discard all the fire energies attached to Magmortar.With Victini on the bench,I don't have to flip a coin.I don't know if I should keep around Ninetails and Reshiram,though.If I replace them,It will be with the Red Collection Hydriegon with a 3-3-2.If I put in Hydrigon,that means there's one pokemon less,so I'll also put in one more Fisherman/Energy Retrival.One more thing:I put down Fisherman/Energy Retrival because I can't decide between the two.
 
you still have to flip a coin, Victini just gives you a 2nd chance at flipping.
 
This deck still has potential, you just need to know how to play it right. 3-3 Ninetales is too much, I might even drop it for 2 Shuckle HGSS Promo and 2 Unown RETURN, because you'll need all the draw you can get without having to discard Fire Energy. It's up to you, they are both searchable, but the point is to deck out your opponent T2. You also lack a starter, so I suggest Cleffa HGSS/CoL. If you use Shuckle, IQ is completely useless, and 2 PETM should suffice. Also, you'll need 2/3 Rare Candy for Emboar. I might do:

- 3 - 3 Ninetales HGSS/CoL
- 4 IQ
- 1 PETM
Total Removed: 11

+ 3 Cleffa CoL
+ 2 Shuckle HGSS Promo
+ 2 Unown RETURN
+ 2/3 Rare Candy
+ 1 Magmortar TM(a 3-3 line at the least is needed)
Total Added:10/11
