• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

Hi pokébeach! I've been working on this for a while, and I think it needs some tweaking, so I thought I would use some advice, so here's the list:

Hope I get some good feedback since i like the deck idea.

Because of 4 Juniper's maybe switching the computer search for a dowsing machine would be better for you. Otherwise, please let me know how this runs, it sounds like an awesome deck. Hope this helps.

I think the same but dont have dowsing MCHN though. The deck works pretty well, since Victini Ex gets you an extra push earlygame and against. garbodor. I'll test dowsing mchn to see if its worth it.
 
Hi, welcome to Pokebeach! Your list seems very solid, but there are a few suggestions that I have. Isn't 3 Colress a bit too much? If you start with it as your lone supporter, your going to be at least a turn or two behind your opponent, and RayEels relies very heavily on it's early game. I might cut 2 of those for 2 more N, as RayEels plays off of the board so it has an advantage against decks that play off their hand, such as Blastoise. Other small things are another Ultra Ball (to get Tynamos/Eels early and electric in the discard) and maybe a 3rd Victini EX so you start with it more often, but those are mainly playstyle and opinion.

I thought about those colress issues, and I think the best number is 2. I'll probably swap one for another N.

The 4th Ultra is obiously useful, but I dont know what to cut for it.
 
If you want to increase your chance of starting Victini EX with a fire energy I would drop one lightning energy for 1 fire energy and drop the energy switch for a Victini EX. You also need to add 1 more non-EX attacker just in case your victini v-create is prized therefore you may need to remove the emolga for it. With Tornadus EX in the format probably Zekrom would be a nice non-EX attacker. N is Eel's best friend so I would run 4 N and drop a Skyla.

In your playtesting do you think 11 supporters is enough for your deck to be consistent?
 
3 colress is fine, but you're gonna want ~2 more supporters to buffer that. I honestly suggest dropping Victini EX...
