BW/BW2 Victini Item Distribution

From March 6th to April 10th (or was it 13th? ><), Nintendo will be distributing via Wi-Fi the Liberty Ticket, which you use the same way you did to get Darkrai and Shaymin in the 4th gen games to activate their events. I confirmed this with a buddy of mine that works at GameStop and had the papers with the info on it. Pretty sweet way to start 5th gen. ^^

Yeah, it's April 10th, I got the email yesterday, I can't wait to get the Liberty Ticket, I just have to do that once I beat the league.

Wow, so early! I'm downloading it as soon as I get Mystery Gift in my games! And then I'm going to Liberty Tower as soon as possible once I have the ticket!

So you have to pre order the game to get it?

The Mystery Gift comes out the same day as the games. You don't HAVE to preorder to get the games on launch day, although it guarantees you get them.
