Useful in some cases like Gothitelle that gets an OHKO for 2 heads, but most moves today don't require fipping and if they do it's probably on a bad pokemon(Bar Tornadus EX)
If you're really tight on energy, maybe pair it up with Torn EX.

 

[Flys Gone 2071]

It is a nice card. I like his ability and generally gets you a good flip most of the time. The problem is that most good pokemon won't use a coin flip. It is use for rogues mostly and it is really helpful in the flippy rogues.
