Hey here is a dumb nooby question.

Can I use Victory Medal in modified? Meaning, is it a legal card, or is it just some cool thing to look at like charizard base set 1st edition?

Also what is your general opinion on the card?

Yes, it is allowed in the current modified format and you can play it in any tournament.

Maybe you should put a "Victory Medal Usefulness" discussion in the TCG Discussion forum. I think it would suite there better and inspire much more useful discussion of the card

You are allowed to use 'Victory Medal' at Premier Events as it is legal.
