Ruling Victory Star, Will, and Glimwood Tangle

lets say theoretically I’m playing Wigglytuff GX, the groundbreaking sleeper card of the format. Her attack says to flip a coin until I get tails. Now let’s say theoretically I played a Will, allowing me to chose to get one heads guaranteed, but then I flip a tails. I’d i use victory star, Victini’s ability, or Glimwood tangle, (of which the two don’t stack, if I’m not mistaken? Please let me know if I am!), am I still guaranteed one heads with Will? Or does the flipping start at coin 0, and will’s effect is negated?

Pretty sure you'd 'lose' Will's effect, because it only works for the next time you flip coins. It would guarantee you one heads, but if you choose to reflip those coins then Will's effect already applied and cannot apply again.
