• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

Deck strategy is fairly simple. Victreebel to jack up the opponent's retreat cost and attack, Vileplume to trainer lock and stop Switch, Roserade to inflict confusion, Celebi to set up, Dodrio to retreat for free, and Sunflora to help setup.

Leafeon might work, though I wouldn't want to cut PONT or Celebi for it. Maybe - 1-0-1 Victreebel, an energy, and something else. Also, the only fire decks people are running nowadays are ReshiPhlosion, and Resh OHKOs all my pokes, weak or not, so I don't think it needs Metapod.
 
It was literally this morning that I made a giant post elsewhere about Victreebel. xD
I've not got enough time to make good feedback now, but I will tomorrow. ;D
 
Ok, I'm back. Looks like a very fluent list for trainers. I'm not sure that you need Sunflora, I see them as a free prize for Typhlosion/Ninetales/Reshiboar/any other fire type that can hit for 40, but then again the deck in general is vulnerable to that.
I love the rogue idea of Victreebel, and it's about time that a different kind of lock sees some play.
As you've said, Yanmega's function is completely disrupted by this deck, and that's one of its greatest parts. But I think that Metapod actually would be useful.
