Pokemon:
4-3-4 Victrebel
2-2-2 Vileplume UD
3-3 Sunflora HGSS
1-1 Metapod
2-1 Uxie X
28

Trainer/Stadium/Supporter:
4 BTS
4 Rare Candy
3 Pokemon Collector
3 Bebe’s Search
1 Luxury Ball
1 Palmer
1 PONT
2 E-Belt
3 Cyrus Conspiracy
19

Energy:
4 Call Energy
6 Grass Energy
3 Rescue Energy
13

Strategy: The idea is to Tank your Victreebel by adding E-Belt so he has 150 HP and is recovering 30 each turn. You will burn and poision your opponent and then raise his retreat by 2. Then you lock him with Vileplume so he cant SSU, Warp Point, Switch, or Poketurn out of the special condition.

Mabye take 1-1 Sunflora(HS) out for 1-1 Shaymin LV.X Ground Forme(PL). This will skyrocket your HP up to 170, making tanking very easy.

Also, 2 Cyrus' is good. Mabye something like 1 more PONT.

take a victreebel out for an la one to counter umbreon. also, make sure you put memory berries in to use bellsprout's attack to drag up a high retreat pokemon to lock them active.

OK, I will try and take something out to add the 1-1 Shaymin Lv.X but, I am not taking out the Sunflora. And about the adding the other Victreebel I will do that but, where do I have room to add the Memory Berries. And Card Slinger Dialga G X isnt played very much in my area at all.

EDIT:
But, if I was going to put a counter in for DGX what would you suggest?

I don't think you need 4 candy when you run Vileplume AND 4 BTS. 3 should be more than enough. I'd actually ditch 2 for 2 more PONT. I can't tell you how many times it's hand refresh has saved me.

You probably could try Blaziken FB for Luring Flame, it's kinda tricky to squeeze in for this kind of build.

You might want to run a 2-1 or 1-1 Blaziken FB Lv. X line.

No, his attack isn't near as good. Frosslass GL brings them up and then puts them to sleep.

But, what I was considering was adding in a Celebii Prime.

Okay - 1 sunflora - 1 sunkeren - 1 broken time space + 1 butterfree + 2 seeker

Well some times metapod doest help you so catpie and metapod would be junk if you dont have a butter free in there

Seeker is good with vioplume you can bring vioplume back in your hand then use trainer cards then put it back down with broken time space.

Well if you put butterfree in there you will have another attacking pokemon. And its anoying to have metapod in your hand.

No, I would never use him. I am just going to keep it the way it is. If I have a metapod in my hand I will bebe him away.

Metapod and Sunflora are great for this deck, however Metapod is Garchomp bait with 80 HP, consider the Shaymin X and some Memory Berries. Maybe you could take out a Collector and a Bebe's for a 1-1 Shaymin X, and 2 Memory Berries for a Rare Candy and a BTS.

Now that I think about it this deck has problems against Gyarados, I've played Victreebel/Vileplume against Gyarados before tearing the deck apart and the problem is the Regice tech for Regi Move and Warp Energy which screws over the No Retreat lock from Victreebel's Tangling Tendrils.

Vileplume is the least of this decks' concerns cause it could run Uxie Lv. X to Zen Blade it for a OHKO. I've tried every trick in the book for Victreebel/Vileplume and nothing works. All you end up doing is stalling for a win while at the same time annoying your opponent bad enough to where they scoop.

Still don't think you need 4 candy. The idea with this deck is to set up early trainer lock. You can use a candy to get Vileplume evolved, but after that you're locked for the game and other candies will just clog up your hand. Run 2 and use the other 2 slots for more hand refresh since you only have 1 card that does that. Since this is a disruption deck i recommend Judge.

Early Trainer Lock is important with this deck however this deck also relies on Retreat Prevention which is basically nullified currently with Warp Energy in the current format and almost every deck running Warp's to tech against Victreebel.

Seeker can also backfire cause they can choose a benched Pokemon with a Warp Energy attached just to use again the next time Victreebel tries to "lock" a Pokemon from retreating at all. They may not be able to play their Switches and Warp Points due to Vileplume but they still have Warp Energy.

Judge would actually work wonders for this deck, I've tried it before and it's not bad. Yet it still doesn't make up for this deck having several flaws to be good enough to compete especially when we still have Dialga G Lv. X in the format as well.
