Video: First Episode of 'Twilight Wings' Released!

I wish they would dump the ash/pikachu character in favor of this as the main show direction. I realize though that is a lot of financial security for them. Wings feels like early days of pokemon or digimon when the animation/voice acting/character development was strong/developed and less... "child proofed". The alola setting was better but I still can't stomach how bad the writing and bland ash is as a main character combined with the show's non-existent stakes.
Hoping this series is a continued trend!
 
This just makes Chairman Rose come off as creepier than he already was.

Pretty good, though.
 
Reminds me of Pokémon Generations which is still one of my favorite Pokémon min-series ever so hopefully it'll continue to be pretty good. It's a good solid 10/10 right now.

Also I really enjoy the change from Sun and Moon style art

The animation reminds me of Your Name (Kimi no na wa) or A Silent Voice (Koe no katachi)
