Since the release of crimson invasion I've been having trouble keeping up the Vika/Bulu deck with the new GX's that have come out from the set. I appreciate any suggestion or help for this deck.

Mostly with mill decks and necrozmas. despite having 3 different recovery cards in my deck it just seems every time it's not enough to keep me from milling my self out. And as for fire deck even turn 2 vikavolt set ups aren't even enough to keep up with the kiawe speed set ups.

Fire decks are pretty easy to beat with the right techs. If they Kiawe turn one onto a ho oh or turtonator, focus on getting koko gx out, Guzma up their energy soaked mon and the GX them for a KO. I also recommend clefairy from evolutions for a tech card for both fire decks and gardevoir.
 
I really like your list. I will be making a VikaBulu list for my league cups coming up soon. I will be testing the deck with and without octillery though.
