This list is based around what I already have, hence only 1 Lele. I also have four regular art and one full art Vikavolt-GX and I've finally found a semi-viable list for it (if that).
Bulu is a tech to beat Lycanroc mostly, but is also easier to set up than a Vikavolt if you don't feel like trying to get a Rare Candy, etc. in hand. Thought not good, Volkner is my favorite card in format right now so I jumped on the chance to play 1 as you can get a Candy, Choice Band, etc. as well as an energy to get Vikavolt running earlier. Obviously you want to get a baby Vikavolt and the GX set up ASAP so you can start hitting with Super Zap Cannon for 180, 210 with Choice Band. The promo Koko softens things up a bit and pairs nicely with Gigatron GX (60 to your opponent's whole bench).
