25 pokemon
4-4-3/1 Machamp prime/machamp triumphant (4-4-4 for consistency to get an early machamp)
2-2-2 Vileplume (to get a trainer lock as early as possible)
1-1 Sunflora (to set up vileplumes)
4 Cleffa (to get set up early)
1 Bouffalant (recovery after a machamp is ko'd)

22 T/S/S
3 Elms (to search for evolutions when trainer lock is underway)
3 Collector (to grab my basics early - machop, sunkern and oddish)
3 Twins (this deck is often slow to set up)
3 Seeker (pick up damaged machamps)
2 candy (evolve into machamp and vileplume before lock)
2 communication (pokemon searcher before vileplume lock is in place)
2 Oak (hand refreshment)
2 Copycat (they will have large hand because of trainer lock)
2 Judge (disrupt my opponent and hand refreshment for myself)

13 Energy
9 fighting
4 DCE

Strategy:
Start with cleffa and get a machamp and vileplume set up early to lock and hit heavily. Use seeker and machamps fighting tag to heal damaged machamps. Sunflora is to help set up vileplumes quickly and bouffalant is for recovery after a KO. Need some help with the list, thanks.

I don't know what to take out but maybe add one more bouffalant because umbreon would kill this deck without you setting up a bouffalant or two.

maybe takout a {F} for another candy

-1{F}
+1 rare candy

and as kiefer said another bouffalant for a machoke or somthing

Hmmm I will just add a normal triumphant machamp.

Bouffulant is a much better idea. Regular TM champ is kinda crappy and kind of situational. At least Bouffulant also helps with RDL and is much faster.

Also, I get using Vileplume for lock and all since the meta is becoming trainer heavy, but setting up Champ may also be slow.
