set up gengar, then use mr.mime to peek at my opponent's hand to choose which pokemon i want to remove, and to prevent any power spraying and to lock down SP, set up vileplume, then lock down all trainers, uxie lv.x for draw power, looker's investigation and judge to renew opponent's hand to pick a fresh new removal batch, along with giratina, and smeargle to steal supporters from my opponent and use them to my benefit.

I think with these changes the deck is more consistent:

-1 Bebe's Search
-2 Professor Oak's Visit
-3 Super Scoop Up
-1 Judge
-1 Expert Belt
-1 Giratina

+2 Smeargle TR (fine starter)
+1 giratina lv.x(nice pokebody and a great attack)
+2 premier ball(to get lv.x)
+1 Pokemon Collector(More speed ate deck)
+3 Seeker(seeker is betther than SSU)

hope i help, excuse me anything.

-2 Smeargle
-2 Premier Ball
-1 Giratina Lv.X

+4 Spiritomb (AR)
+1 Pokemon Collector

With Vileplume, you want to Trainer lock for the entire game. While Gastly does Trainer lock, Spiritomb does the job better since he helps you setup your evolutions. With a Trainer lock build, that makes Premier Ball useless.

Don't run Giratina Lv.X. If you do just use it as a tech, then you'll have an extremely hard time getting it back to the Bench unless you have Warp Energy. Plus, it isn't worth attacking with Giratina in Vilegar because you have to attach four Energy.

i can do with the spiritombs, but i only have 2 pokemon collector, soon to be three, and i think 4 pokemon collectors is way too much, 3 is the max i always do. but i went ahead and edited the deck
