Vileplume HP

I searched the WHOLE TCG forum, couldn't find a more appropriate place for it.
So recently I opened a Holon Phantoms booster out of a Supreme Victors blister pack, and I pulled out a Vileplume. well it's like this actually, it looks like a holo, but only with a gold border and some rainbowy stuff, no glitters. I pulled a Holo Grass Energy too, so I am assuming that is the reverse, is the Vileplume a regular holo?

Nope, no gold lettering and stamp, just gold border. I think it is regular holo

in holon phantoms rev holos are the exact same style as regular holos. (but with the stamp)

however if you get a regular holo as a reverse holo it comes with a gold boarder and lettering
