Hawaii will finally be doing expanded again. So I'm bringing back my favorite deck.

Pokemon:
  • 3 Virizion EX
  • 3 Genesect EX
  • 1 Shaymin EX
  • 1 Hoopa EX
  • 1 Deoxys EX
  • 1 Jirachi EX
Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums:
  • 4 Professor Juniper
  • 1 Skyla
  • 1 Colress
  • 1 N
  • 1 Xerosic
  • 1 Shadow Triad
  • 4 Ultra Ball
  • 4 Puzzle of Time
  • 3 Fighting Fury Belt
  • 3 VS Seeker
  • 3 Max Elixer
  • 3 Energy Switch
  • 2 Trainers' Mail
  • 2 Skyarrow Bridge
  • 1 Town Map
  • 1 Battle Compressor
  • 1 Energy Recycler
  • 1 G Booster
Energy:
  • 9 Grass Energy
  • 4 Plasma Energy
Strategy:

Standard VirGen now upgraded with alot of new toys. Hoopa makes getting all the pokemon I need turn 1 easy. The support pokemon for draw or supporter. Deoxys for 210 G Booster damage.

Puzzle of time allows for tons of random tricks with the discard. Max Elixer for turning. 1 emerald slash.

Atm I want to make it more consistent. It's good now but I wouldn't mind a second look at it with fresh eyes.

I run a Virgen deck myself so I'll throw in my 2 cents.
What I've found is that the Virgen core lacks the power of modern EXs. What it has is speed.
I love Hoopa in the deck as starting with Shaymin + 2 goons you need is great.
Now on to the meat. I'm not a huge fan of Puzzle of time as it does not further your game plan of advancing your pokemon quickly and uses up valuable deck space. If you want to use it to get back energies your Energy Recycler and Shadow Triad are good enough (although I run Super Rod instead of Recycler myself). In Puzzle's place I'd run 4 Colress Machines. These will allow you to accelerate your Genesects quickly while also taking out non-basic energies from your deck to make your Max Elixers more consistent as well as providing easy energies to throw to G Booster. You can also choose to throw Colress Machines to Ultra Ball late game to preserve your Red Signal utility. I would also max out your Max Elixers to make your first turn Virizions more consistent. I've also found 4 Juniper unnecessary as you will not be wanting to throw your hand out every turn. I'd cut them down to 3 to add more Trainer's Mail to find your draw and other trainers. I've also found Jirachi to be a pain since it clogs your bench (your ideal first turn is Hoopa into Shaymin + dudes after all)
In summery:
Run Colress Machine for speed
Max out on Elixers
Replace Jirachi with another Shaymin (in case the one you have is prized)
Max out on Trainer's Mail to find what you need
I hope my advice serves you well :)

I was never a huge fan of colress machine. I like energy switch as energy acceleration and with max elixer i dont need much more. 4 of red signal on all the shaymin for easy prizes.

I have had a lot of use out of puzzle of time. Just one in hand and skyla let's me grab 2 cards that could be more red signal or something.
