So a lot of people have come up with similar deck lists. Basically, it's a VirGen deck that opts to use other attackers instead of Genesect EX to have more attacker options. The idea is to start with Virizion to power up Mewtwos and Tornadus. What makes this more interesting than VirGen, is it can hit for more weaknesses, isn't as easy to counter with Victini EX, etc, and it also has a much higher rate of donking with Mewtwo and Tornadus. Scizor is something I've stumbled upon as a Bouffalant replacement, because he was somewhat lackluster as a non-EX attacker. Scizor, on the other hand, is somewhat harder to set up since it's a stage 1, but in the few situations (especially Blastoise mid-late game) when your opponent has all or mostly EX attackers, he steps in to semi-lock the opponent and buy you a few turns to set up a new EX.

Edited to coincide with the rules! ~Kecleon
