This deck that I'm trying to make I think that is more fun than competitive, but it has it's power of lock and it can defeat the pokemon from the opponent with only one shot, but it has a lot of weaknesses. Not much to say, here is the list:

Pokemon = 12
  • 4 Venasaur EX
  • 3 M Venasaur EX
  • 2 Virizion EX
  • 1 Celebi EX
  • 1 Keldeo EX
  • 1 Emolga

Trainers = 37
  • 4 Professor Juniper
  • 4 N
  • 4 Skyla
  • 2 Shauna
  • 1 Colress
  • 3 Virbank City Gym
  • 2 Evosoda
  • 2 Heavy Ball
  • 2 Ultra Ball
  • 2 Porfessor's Letter
  • 3 Muscle Band
  • 3 Float Stone
  • 2 Switch
  • 1 Escape Rope
  • 1 Super Rod
  • 1 Scramble Switch

Energy = 11
  • 11 Grass Energy

Strategy
The strategy is more than just simple, is basic. You just have to star with a Virizion at the front and the Venasaur back, if you don't start this way thats when Emolga came in action bringing you your basic pokemon to the field. The first turn idea is to have a Virizion with one energy and a Venasaur, second turn search for your Keldeo (with a float stone attached) and evolve Venasaur after you fully charge Virizion. By this time virizion must still being alive and you can start charging M Venasaur for the attack-lock. Celebi is a 1-of tech that I use so M Venasaur can use the Jungle Hammer from Venasaur if he didn't defeat the pokemon with Crisis Vine + Muscle Band + Virbank while the opponent active is paralyze and he can recover 30 hp. Professor's Letter is more useful than energy search, but in this the is almost the same becouse you want those energies in the deck for Virizion, thats why a added 2 of the new supporter Shauna for that case when you draw more than 2 energies.

M Venasaur EX with Muscle Band and the Virbank on play does 170hp of damage and paralyze the opponent's active, if you have Celebi in play and the opponent doesn't have a way to change his active pokémon you use and also it didn't died becouse of the poison you can use the Jungle Hammer to kill for good every single pokemon EX without any tool.

PD: Sorry for my english if a misswritte something...

You would always want to get an attachment onto Virizion over using Call for Family, so I think Emogla can be cut. Speaking of Virizion, I think it's really important to start with Virizion, so I'd take out a Venusaur to put in another Virizion. Keldeo EX and Float Stone seem unnecessary, since you have immunity to Special Conditions. Evosoda is just worse than Heavy Ball in this deck, since Heavy Ball can just get M Venusaur, as well as regular Venusaur. I also think you should run more Ultra Ball over Heavy Ball. Again, Virizion EX is always your first priority.

So here's the cards I'd take out:
-1 Emogla
-1 Keldeo EX
-1 Venusaur EX
-2 Evosoda
-1 Heavy Ball
-3 Float Stone

Since you have 3 less Float Stone, I'd add another Switch. Energy Switch is something I'd never play a Virizion deck without. It has a really great affect, and you already have Scramble Switch, so you should know how good it is to move Energy. Your deck seems overly focused around Venusaur. I think you need another attack to use as a back up, for instance, if wasting a turn Mega Evolving would lose you the game. Bouffalant is always solid in Virizion decks. It also gives you a non EX attacker to use against stuff like Suicune. Alternatively you could use Mewtwo EX, or Genesect EX and add in Plasma Energies for that Catcher affect. And for our final card slot, I'd add a Tool Scrapper. It's a nice card to get rid of Muscle Bands, and Tools on Garbodor.

Here's all the cards I'd add:
+1 Virizion
+1 Ultra Ball
+1 Switch
+3 Energy Switch
+2 Bouffalant
+1 Tool Scrapper

I hope this helped. Good luck with your deck! It seems very interesting.
