Ruling Volcanion-EX Ability Stack?

Scenario: I have two benched Volcanions, I discard one fire energy, does the attack of my Active Pokémon increase by 60 or only 30?

Moved from the TCG Help & Advice to the Ask a Professor forums as the OP is looking for a ruling. I've added scans of Volcanion-EX as according to the Ask A Professor rules, questions must be accompanied by relevant scans. ~bbninjas
 
Thirty. If you wanted a 60-damage boost, you'd have to use Steam Up on the second Volcanion-EX, discarding another Energy.
