Hey I have a question. Can I use Ancient Origins Volcarona use Solar Birth on my Lugia EX from Ancient origins to put it on the bench and make it able to use Aero Ball on my next turn?
I don't see why not. As Lugia EX is a Basic Pokémon, you may put it onto your Bench with 2 Basic Energies via Solar Birth, provided that you have them in your deck.
