Don't you mean "Would anyone like to see this card to be created?" and I wouldnt mind seeing a surfing Pikachu or Volt Tackle as like a prize or Battle Roads or something.

Yeh, look at all those pikachu promo's; Surfing, Birthday (lol), Movie....err others. I got that collection sleeve. I doubt they would make one that was legal.
