I just have a question belonging to the ruling of rotation. Due to the new rotation the "normal" VS Seeker Card is not legal for Standard as far as I understand that. It belongs to Phantom Forces and this is rotated out.
But now the "new card" (the Secret Rare version) is in the set of Roaring Sky and so this one is definitely legal for the upcoming Season in Standard.
Can you tell me, if just the Secret Rare is still legal or also the "older version"?
I am asking because of cost reasons. The Secret Rare is nice to have but still about 20 bucks more as the normal version.
