The strategy of this deck is to use Vaniluxe and Victini to get an almost definate paralyzation. Then you lock their switch and other trainers with Vileplume. Cryogonal are for disruption and MEZ. Ill type more to the strategy later. TO LEAGUE!

It says post-ND in title, but doesn't have ND cards?

why can't you play this deck now?

It becomes unplayable after Next Destinies. On top of that, its not like it ever left. Its a solid tier 2 deck.

But, It can paralyze EXs to death and take 2 prizes without worriing bout thei hp

That sounds great in theory, as did "guaranteed" paralock. However, Post ND, it will be as hard as ever to get set up. In fact, even harder because the EX's are capable of taking quick, easy prizes before you can set the deck up. THey will catcher oddishes and vanilites. Not to mention that in this format, you could supposedly have a 2-1 prize exchange in your favor due to the fact that very little could get 130 under trainer lock. Now, with EX's, they can one shot you way easier. So, considering you lose about 3 prizes during setup and a prize or two due to whiffs, you're gonna lose.

TL;DR No

It will be playable. Nobody is going to get 3 or 4 catchers in the first 6 turns. I mean, really? In theory that's possible, but not actually going to happen.
Honestly, they catcher up one thing and then if you're smart, you twins for vileplume and candy. If you just add in a dragon for stall, you can set up that Vileplume, then set up Vanilluxes. There is no way a smart player would lose 3 prizes O_O. If you think about it, google/Truth is slow to setup, but it's fine. This is faster to setup, and you should expect:
1-2 prizes lost during setup
vanilluxe goes out hitting
other vanilluxe are setup because it's like a 3-4 turn KO.
2-1 from the first Vanilluxe

Have you tested the deck? The deck loses 2-3 prizes today in setup, and that's without all basic EX decks that will be running around. I didn't just mean by catchers. The deck uses babies to setup and stall, which are one shotted by anything. The only reason the prize exchange was 2-1 is because the dragons couldn't hit 130 under trainer lock. Tell me, what is the damage cap of Mewtwo EX, the most hyped card? While you're at it, how about magnezone, Reshiram and Zekrom EX, and RDL, all of which I think will see some major play.

Guys, this is a decklist, please stay on topic. Also, you forgot Durant, + Black Belt <3

I would suggest dropping the Aipom first off, it seems like something that would be terrible to start with, and it isn't going to help much against the large amount of decks in the format with sufficient energy acceleration.

-1 Aipom
+1 Rare Candy (4 is going to be a must).

Also, you shouldn't want to break your paralysis lock with Vanilluxe, so I don't see why you would have Cryogonal in there as a back up attacker, focus on getting Vanilluxe out ASAP.

-2 Cryogonal
-2 Water Energy (12 energy should be enough)
+1 Victini
+3 Cheren (great draw)

Hope this helps!

^ You're right. I forgot about the Ice Cream's weakness. On topic, I'd drop the sage's for Cheren. With a damage output of about 40, you're in risk of decking out, and sage's is too destructive for this deck.

@iisnumber12: Since you intended to play this in the post-ND format, what ND cards are you planing on using?
