Pokemon
3-2-3 Vanilluxe
1-0-1 Vileplume
3 Victini
3 Kyurem
3 Mantine
1 Cleffa
TOTAL - 20

T/S/S
4Rare candy
4 Pokemon communication
3 PONT
3 Cheren
3 Collector
2 Copycat
2 Pokeball
1 FSL
 TOTAL - 22

Energy
Water - 15
Rescue - 3

Strategy - Get Vanilluxe out ASAP with Victini and try and keep up a paralysis lock. *make Vileplume a priority to set up if it's absolutely needed
Kyurem is in it just to help against some decks, like Archeops, etc. it's not absolutely necessary to set him up.
Please help me with my deck!! x)
P.S. I posted this from my phone, so sorry if there is any spelling errors or something I accidentally correct.

3 victini is just overkill, becuase once vileplume is out no one can catcher it. i run 2 in my deck and it works fine. I suggest:

- 1 victini

+1 oddish

If your first oddish gets captured, your opponent can run without being locked.

I'm also not sure if you need the pokeballs

you could probably add another pont and an N for hand refreshes, but that's about it.

Chandelure is popular in my area and, unfortunately, Chandelure can use its ability even if it's paralyzed. Any way you think I can counter that??

And thanks I'll consider those changes. I think I'll change those. Lemme test it 1st before I edit my 1st post.

i wouldnt worry about chandelure since it can only do 30 damage whereas you can potentially 2 shot it. multiple chandelures can do a lot of damage if they can retreat but since you have it paralyzed it is limited to 30.

Yea that's true. While I usually 2 shot Chandelure, 2 Chandelures KO my Vileplume. Should I attach a rescue to Vileplume when playing Chandelure?

nonetheless you will still be ahead in prizes. once you kill all 4 chandelures what does he have left?

Rescue doesn't work against Chandelure's Ability

I'd drop pokeball. Have 3 rare candies instead of 4 because they don't work under trainer lock. 1-0-1 Vileplume is crazy for a deck that relies on it so much. Mantine is unneeded, and probably so is Kyurem. These are the changes I'd make:

Pokemon:
4-3-3 Vaniluxxe
3-2-2 Vileplume
2 Victini
1 Cleffa
1 Pichu
1 Bellosom

Trainers:
3 Rare Candy
4 Pokemon Collector
4 Pokemon communication
1 FSL
4 Twins
3 Sage's training

Energy:
8 {W}
4 Rescue

This leaves you a few room for techs. Bellosom will help against chandelure
