In my school we like to play 3 people or a team, this is the rules:
For 3 or more people playing:
1. You can only flip to get out of sleep when its your turn only;
EG.
Player 1 Hypnosis player 3
Player 2 Does nothing, player 3 doesn't get to flip.
Player 3 flips to be out of sleep, failed so flip out of turn again and works.
2. Burned Pokemon receives damage in and out of your turn only.
3. Can't attack 1 player more than once:
EG.
Player 1 Attacks player 3 50 damage
Player 2 Can't atack player 3 because this is considered "helping player 1"
Player 3 Can attack.
4. After 2 players attack each other, other people playing may not attack them:
EG.
Player 1 attacks Player 2
Player 2 attacks Player 1
Player 3,4,5 etc. can't attack Player 1 or 2 because this is considered "helping player ..."
5. Attacks that doesn't do damage doesn't count:
EG.
Player 1 attacks player 3 Mining
Player 2 attacks player 3 Wing Attack *its legal to do that because Player 1 does not do damage*.
For team playing:
1. A team may attack the same person:
EG.
Team 1: Player A, Player B
Team 2: Player C, Player D
Player C attacks A, Player D can attack player A.
2. When a person in a team loses, the other player in that team adds the prize cards. EG. A has 4 prize, B has 2 prize. C kills B so Player A must now have 6 prize.
3. When a Pokemon-ex gets Knocked Out, taking prize:
1. 1 player takes 2 prize
OR
2. Both players take a prize each
4. A player may play a card for them.
EG.
Player A Prof. Oak's Research for Player B.
5. When 1 of the player in a team wins, that player may still be in the game, but not taking any prize cards.
EG. Player A wins, Player B still in the game. Player A Knocks out a Pokemon and Player B draws a prize.
Any other questions for 3+ player and team ruling you may ask here, cause I know all about it
EG. Jumpluff's Energy Crush attack counts to 1 of your opponent ONLY, not all opponent.
