Pokemon (24):

2-1-2 Emboar
4 Entei Suicune Legend (Two top 2 Bottom)
3 Reshirim
2-2-3 Feraligatr Prime
2-1-2 Blastoise

Trainer (18):

4 Rare Candy
3 Energy Returners
1 Twins
3 Professor's Oaks New Theory
3 Pokemon Collector
4 Pokemon Communicator

Energy (19)
10 Fire Energies
9 Water Energies

Strategy:
Get Emboar and Feraligatr on the bench, use Samurott, ESL, Blastoise, and Reshirim to attack.

good idea, except you're going to have a wicked tough time getting setup with those trainers and 31 pokemon. you can take sumurott out completely and still do well. with those extra 6 slots, run collector and communication. also, it's kinda of pointless to run 3 emboar with only 2 tepig, so trade the third for another collector. and with rare candies, your emboar and blastoise line can go 2-1-2. just add another candy and the other slot for a 4th communication.

Okay, I made the changes you suggested, but unless I counted wrong I now have 61. Do you know what I did wrong?

Wow. There is alot going on here. It would be best to either focus on {R} or {W} as the basis of the deck because as of now it looks like you've tried to combine 2 different decks into one which just isn't possible in a HGSS-On format.

So which is it to be - {R} or {W}?

It might be "rogue", but is it consistent? Which is one of the most important things to consider when building. I hardly believe this deck to be consistent when you're trying to incorporate 2 different deck concepts into 1. If you want the deck to preform better yet still keeping the {R}/{W} theme then

2/2 Suicune Entei Legend
2-1-2 Gatr Prime
1-1 Dodrio UD
4 Mantine HGSS
1 Cleffa HGSS (hand refresher tech)

The pokemon line is quite rough but you can understand the concept.

SEL is both a {R} & {W} pokemon so we're still sticking with theme. Use Mantine to grab Gatr line / SEL pieces. Dodrio gives your active pokemon free retreat which is mainly for SEL so you can retreat is and use Seeker to "heal" it.
