Strategy:
This is an idea i thought of to counter the main decks of the day, almost all of which require a whole bunch of bench support in order to work properly. You can spread out damage over the bench with Kyurem or Kyogre, and then rearrange it to KO the most important parts of their setup. 1 attack with kyurem towars a filled bench, switch into the DCL, rearrnge all the damage onto their darkrai to KO it. you can do the same, but KO 2 Eelektriks against Zeels. KO their boars angainst ReshiBoar EX, KO their plumes or reunicluses against truth EX, or just spread normally against other things. Leavanny lets you last long enough with a Kyogre to KO their eels, or lets kyurem survive against Cobalion

Things Under Consideration:
Aerodactyl - Free PlusPower lets you put down an extra 60 damage per turn against a full bench.

Try
-2-2 DCL (trust me. It doesn't help much because its kinda hard to set up plus when your opponent KOs it its 2 prizes, and is weak to mew two and terrakion)
-3-1-2 leavanny (just catcher bait and is a stage 2)
-2 switch (2 is enough)
-3 pokemon center (isn't that great with this deck)
-1 plus power (2 is enough)
-2 ultra ball (communication is enough)
-1 cilan (1 may be enough)
-4 rainbow energy (I think DCE would work better without DCL)

+3-2-2 feraligater (energy acceleration is crucial to start attacking early)
+2 collector (since pichu is also there)
+4 DCE (for kyogre)
+3 PONT (good hand refresher)
+1 mewtwo (could help)
+2 catcher (could still help sometimes)
+2 random receiver (could help get out supporters)
+1 fisherman (helps with feraligater)
+1 super rod (recycling)

This could help make this deck a bit faster.

Darkrai Cresselia was meant to be used late game or at least once you've Glaciated twice. Then you can lay down DCL, attach the one energy, and use Moin's Invite. One Glaciate can take out one EX, but two Glaciates can take out two EX's. The revenge KO is irrelevant if you use it as a game finisher. The EX's make spread decks plus DCL twice as efficient. I had a similar idea going, and personally, I wouldn't use Kyogre. And if you're not using Kyogre, the Leavany has lost its purpose. Then I'd take it out for Feraligatr.

hmm, that might work. The original idea with this is to kill of all their bench support as fast as possible without worrying at all about their actives, which tears a big gaping hole in Zeels, Dark.dec, Reshiboar EX, and Truth EX. CMT is just meh because of high energy costs.

I don't think kyogre is such a bad idea. You just have to be careful really. Groudon EX could help as an attacker if you want another one. Plus its a fighting type so it has and advantage against electrics and dark types.

Yeah, Groudon could be pretty good, It deals with Kyogre's weakness (if you take out leavanny) and makes use of the damage from spreading. I do think you need more energy acceleration though such as Feraligatr or even Exp Share

Feraligater would make the better energy accelerator since floatzel only attaches to itself and only once.

OK, i did a little testing with a newer list, taking into account your suggstions.
the build had no kyogre, and consequently no leavanny, included feraligatr, had no cilan, and had battle city instead of pokemon center.
Major problems so far: Hand burns incredibly fast. most turns i was stuck with 1 card in my hand from discards and other things.

Needs hand refreshment (badly). It took me a while to get up and attacking after i got all my pokemon out because my hand was so pitifully small.
I'm worried about durant. The deck seems to burn its resources incredibly fast, so you're going to be VERY prone to deckouts. gonna hafta put a heatmor in here.

Battle City was incredibly useful. I was able to consistently get out a DCL T1/2 with the amount of pokemon searching i have (and Battle City)

Could you update your list please? It would be a lot more helpful for us to help fix some problems you said you had.

Thanks. Try
-1-0-1 feraligater (3-2-2 feraligater is enough)
-2 pichu (would rather just use collector)
-1 rare candy (2 may be enough)
-2 switch (2 is enough)
-1 battle city (2 may be enough)
-1 plus power (2 may be enough)
-3 ultra ball (would rather use others)
-3 water (since you said the energies only amount to 14)
+3 PONT (hand refreshment)
+2 twins? (could help get out DCL faster)
+3 juniper (hand refreshment)
+3 collector (basics)
+1 fisherman (helps with feraligater)
+1 super rod (recycling)
+1 poke gear? (helps get draw. Supporters)
+1 other such as maybe groudon EX? (counters zekeels) or anything else you might need like poke gear maybe
