Finding myself dead drawing constantly (I play Golisopod GX/Garbodor) I've been looking for support whether it's in more Bridgettes or Lilly none seem to help. What are some things I can do to make sure I get set up quickly and consistently?

True but With tapu koko tapu Lele GX and 2 wimpod 2 Trubbish your bench and active is full leaving no room for octillery and oranguru
Well you're not running Octillary or Oranguru with the Garb variant as that would make no sense seeing as how Garb shuts off abilities. I've had success with Golisopod without Garb. You are not locking abilities but the deck consistency is way better. Much easier access to Guzma, Acerola, etc. because of Lele and having Octillary or Oranguru to draw with. Really it's a different deck from Golisopod/Garb, but if you're having consistency issues and want to run Golisopod this is worth a go imo.
