Ruling weakness question

shiftry ex has weakness to fighting, but is resistent to psychic, when facing medicham cg with dual armour that has a psychic energy attached and does psyshock that would do 20, how much damage would be done 10 or 0

also

metagross ex pk has weakness to both fighting and fire. when facing marcargo uf with dual armour and has a fighting energy attached and does extra flame which does 70 since mgross is an ex, how much would it do, 280 or 140

Wasn't it first base damage, then Weakness, then Resistance? Cuz it should be. (lol)
In that case, a Psyshock should do 10 and I suppose the damage on Metagross ex would be 2x2x70=280..

1) It would do 10, since its weakness then resistance.
2) 280 because it doubles the 70 twice, for both weaknesses.
