If I have this Seismitoad http://pokebeach.com/scans/dragons-exalted/36-seismitoad.jpg and I use "Echoed Voice" on a fire pokemon that has a weakness to water would the weakness be applied because I have a water pokemon or because I only need colorless energies the weakness wouldn't be applied?
