Hey all, been having a bit of difficulty streamlining my Weavile/Exeggcute deck. Thought I'd post it here. :D
Pokemon - 21
  • 4-4 Weavile PF
  • 2-2 Electrode PF
  • 4 Exeggcute PF
  • 3 Sableye DE
  • 1 Mr. Mime PF
  • 1 Darkrai-EX DE
Trainers - 29
  • 2 Ultra Ball
  • 2 Level Ball
  • 2 Dark Patch
  • 2 Colress Machine
  • 2 Pokemon Catcher
  • 2 Switch
  • 2 Super Rod
  • 2 Dark Claw
  • 1 Tool Scrapper
  • 1 Computer Search
  • 2 Frozen City
  • 3 N
  • 3 Professor Juniper
  • 3 Skyla
Energy - 10
  • 8 Basic Darkness
  • 2 Plasma
Strategy
The idea of the deck is to draw through it extremely quickly, then late-game N against my opponent when I can draw back from 1-2 cards easier than they can thanks to Electrode. Darkrai EX gives my Weaviles and Sableyes free retreat, which helps, especially if an Electrode gets catchered out and I don't have switch. Mime's Bench Barrier helps against Landorus Hammerhead, which normally sets up Weaviles to get KO'd every turn with 60-30. Sableye's Junk Hunt helps immensely early game, if I can Skyla for either of the balls and start getting Eggs in the discard, then get the balls back. Dark Patch/Colress Machine give this deck the energy acceleration it needs, but sometimes I get a little dry on my energy draw. Frozen City, while useless vs. Plasma decks, gives me the small amount of energy against Landorus/Cobalion/Mewtwo that I need for an easy KO, discarding 4 pokes instead of 6 (2 Energy Attach + 4 Poke Vilify + Dark Claw = 180).

I can't really see anywhere to cut back on this deck. Help?

There are too many "2 of" cards. That wont be too consistent.
I would probably use 4 ultra ball instead of 2/2 level/ultra
I understand Electrode's awesome draw power but is it really worth 4 spots in the deck and the slot on the bench
-1 Super Rod?
You could even take out the Colress Machine and Plasma Energy. Focus on Dark Patch as the energy acceleration
