Playground with Pichu get all your sneasels and a slowpoke then use your massive amount of search to get a judge and as many weavile as u can and there you go probable one of the only stable locks I can think of let me know what you think =D
 
i really like it. ive tried somehting similar. have you thought about using houndoom (non prime) for extra damage output and still hand disruption.
maybe:
-1 communication
-1 great ball
-1 collector
-1 pokeball
+2-2 houndoom
 
IMO this is a slow deck cuz u need a lot of pokemon to work.
What is ur main attacker?

I think, you cannot do anything against celebi prime or umbreon ud (not prime)
 
I don't really like houndoom I think weavuke is good enough if I need a beat stick il just use Sneasel.

Its actually not slow considering all the ways there are to get pokemon I didn't include dual ball in this one but aslong as I get a pichu im fine reaally. also read Weavile.... his damage isnt affected by anything effect pokebodies nothing and if I really needed to hit it I could just as well use sneasel so im sorry but you are wrong I can do a lot of things to them.
