Strategy
for those who doesn't know this is the lileep's ability prehistoric call:
Once during your turn (before your attack), if this Pokémon is in your discard pile, you may put this Pokémon on the bottom of your deck.
that means : discard exeggcute and lileep for vilify then the next turn you may put the lileeps into the top of the deck and draw them with cheren/juniper/greatball/electrode


EDIT: -4 cheren -2 N +2 colress +2 bicycle+2 skyla
 
Actually sounds pretty good, I like the idea a lot, just a few changes:

-2 Great Ball: No use compared to...
+3 Ultra Ball: It can discard your help you get rid of dead hands in order to use...
+2 Bicycle: A simple Item that aids to the Lileep system as good as Electrode and is Skylable, so...
+2 Skyla: You can search for any Trainer, but to make some space for her...
-1 Audino;-2 N:You already have good drawpower, and Audino is just useless here, just to get out of conditions, but for that you have...
+1 Keldeo-EX: Infinite Switching, but to make good use of it...
+1 Darkrai-EX: Put a Darkness Energy onto Keldeo and you are good to go. But to make space for it, do...
-2 Evolution Soda, -2 Cheren: That will help you find the perfect consistency.

And another note: Lileep would go into the bottom of your deck, so it will be impossible to draw all of them without decking out.

then i would put ultra ball of course, and -4 cheren +2 colress +2 bicycle
-2 N +2 skyla
 
I would personally run something else (another strat, like using mewtwo ex or running a flareon/leafeon line) with the Weavile. Right now you have a high odds opening with Eggs which is not good, so maybe less Eggs? Additionally, I would take out the Great Balls out for 2 more N (so you have 4 N's)
